Kids Yoga is designed to bring a breath, movement and meditation practice to the young people in your life. Based on a story and followed by a reinforcement activity to solidify principles learned, this session will bring the joy and peace of a yoga practice to your favorite little ones. For Participants ages 4-17. Do your kids do their best work with a buddy? Are you interested in helping them building a yoga practice, but want to team up with a partner for fun and socialization? Book a class for 2-3 in your home and get your child individualized attention in a group setting. Sessions are 60 min long in your home.
